The Wiley Protocol is a multi-phasic, rhythmical, ( biomimetic) cyclical dosing regimen of estrogen/ progesterone for women and testosterone and DHEA for men that is designed to bring one back to youthful (mid 20's) levels, in serum blood. This means that you would not start the medication on the day that you bring them home from the pharmacy. Please read the direction sheet that comes with your hormones. Women ALWAYS start on day 1 of the lunar calendar unless they are still cycling and then they start on the first day of their period, which is day 1.
